Student Financial Aid Counselor

Chronicle of Higher Education

The Financial Support Counselor at University of Nebraska at Omaha (UNO) reports to the Assistant Director, Outreach and Support and serves in the Office of Financial Support and Scholarships. You will counsel current and prospective students and their families on financial aid processes, aid eligibility, costs and financial planning. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service via phone, front counter, email, text and social media, meeting with students and parents to advise #J-18808-Ljbffr
