School-Based BCBA (Part-Time) — Mount Desert, ME
Location: Mount Desert, ME
Employment Type: Part-time school-based BCBA
Schedule: 3 full days/week OR 5 half-days/week (you pick); school-year (26/27)
- Provide Board Certified Behavior Analyst services for students PreK–8.
- Conduct behavior assessments (FBAs), develop BIPs, and train school staff on implementation.
- Monitor student data and adjust interventions based on outcomes.
- Consult with special educators, administration, and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on behavioral goals and supports.
Must-have qualifications
- BCBA credential in good standing.
- Experience in school-based settings with PreK–8 populations.
- Ability to write and implement FBAs and effective BIPs.
- Strong coaching and training skills for teacher/staff capacity-building.
- Availability for the school-year schedule (3 full days or 5 half days).
