Assistant Business Office Manager The Greens at Gastonia | Gastonia, NC Full-Time The Greens at Gastonia is seeking an experienced Assistant Business Office Manager to join our team! This position plays a key role in supporting the Business Office Manager while ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the facility's financial and administrative processes. If you have long-term care business office experience and a strong understanding of Medicaid, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist the Business Office Manager with daily business office operations Manage Medicaid applications for new admissions and current residents Process and track FL2s Maintain resident trust accounts Assist with accounts receivable collections Process Medicaid billing Prepare and post deposits Ensure timely and accurate documentation while maintaining regulatory compliance Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and team members Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of business office experience in a long-term care setting preferred Thorough knowledge of the Medicaid application process Experience with Medicaid billing and resident trust accounts Working knowledge of NCTracks Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently Why Join The Greens at Gastonia?
