(Associate) Product Manager, Organ Health
Natera
Natera seeks an Associate Product Manager for its Organ Health portfolio, including transplant and renal genetics testing products. The role involves supporting product operations, cross-functional collaboration, and case management in a remote position requiring periodic travel to Austin, TX.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain product knowledge of Prospera and Renasight, including technology, clinical applications, and operational workflows
- Serve as primary contact for product and case questions, routing escalations appropriately to cross-functional teams
- Monitor case progress and turnaround times, identifying delays and coordinating resolution with laboratory and operations partners
- Support clinical studies, validation activities, and process improvements through cross-functional collaboration
- Track and analyze operational metrics using analytics tools to identify trends and inform recommendations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in molecular biology, genetics, bioinformatics, or biological sciences
- 1-2 years professional experience in product management, clinical trials, laboratory, or related field
- Strong foundational knowledge of basic genetics
- Proficiency in written and oral communication across technical and non-technical audiences
