Maintenance Supervisor on 1st

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor on 1st to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor on 1st, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and effective leadership qualities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor on 1st Location: Norcross, Georgia Pay Range: $85,000 - $100,000 What's the Job? Assess all damaged and non-functional equipment to determine necessary corrective actions. Delegate assignments and instruct maintenance technicians to ensure efficient repairs. Maintain and repair plant equipment, including flat freezers, refrigeration systems, and electrical systems. Diagnose and resolve electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission issues on manufacturing equipment. Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards, including HACCP, Lock out/Tag out, GMP, and others. What's Needed? Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an industrial maintenance mechanic in a manufacturing environment. Prior maintenance experience in the food or meat industry; RTE experience preferred. 2-4 years in a supervisory capacity overseeing maintenance teams. Proficiency in plumbing, 480v electrical systems, welding, refrigeration, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls.
