Director, Payor Strategy & National Accounts
Bausch & Lomb Pharmaceuticals
Bausch + Lomb seeks a Director, Payor Account Management to lead national and regional payor coverage strategies and to manage a team of Regional Account Executives. You will align with sales, marketing and medical affairs to position the Elios System for optimal reimbursement and patient access. The role requires deep payor relations experience, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills. Extensive cross-functional collaboration and significant travel (25–50%) are expected.
