Customer Service Associate

Job Description – Domino's franchise store cooking and service role. Flexible scheduling with part‑time or full‑time shifts. Job Requirements Must be 16 years of age or older. Must pass a background check. Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply, divide) quickly (calculator may be used). Must be able to give correct monetary change. Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders. Must follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and in a team, handle stress, meet quality‑control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, and make sound judgments. Work Conditions Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks. Sudden changes in temperature in the work area; indoor temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F+. Fumes from food odors. Exposure to cornmeal dust. Compact work areas, including walk‑in cooler. Hot surfaces/tools, e.g., ovens reaching 500°F or higher. Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts. Physical Duties Lifting : Bulk product deliveries (cases of ingredients and supplies up to 50 lb, 3 × 1.5 ft) are unloaded using a hand truck. Items are lifted from the floor and stacked onto shelves up to 72 in high. Climbing : Occasionally navigate stairs or ladder for maintenance tasks. Stooping/Bending : Forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station for 30‑45 s bouts; repetitive bending at the front counter and when stocking ingredients. Reaching : Continuous reaching up, down and forward; above 72 in to operate oven controls, change price signs, lift and lower items to/from shelves; below 72 in for scooping cornmeal, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, answering phones. Hand Tasks : Continuous eye‑hand coordination; shaping dough, operating pizza peel, rolling cutter, assembling boxes; need use of forearms, wrists, and forceful pinching. Sensing : Hearing on telephone; depth perception and near‑mid‑range vision for tasks; differentiation between hot and cold surfaces; far and night vision for driving.
