Ryan Lawn & Tree is one of the most respected names in lawn and tree care — a $100M+ company with room to grow across four states: Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Nebraska. We're on a mission to raise the bar for our industry, and that starts with hiring great people, treating them right, and giving them the chance to grow with us.

We're looking for an Irrigation Install Technician who enjoys working outdoors, solving problems, and building relationships with customers. In this role, you'll work alongside experienced teammates to install and service irrigation systems, delivering the quality our clients expect.

What You'll Do

• Install new irrigation and sprinkler systems
• Service and troubleshoot existing systems
• Provide excellent customer service on every job site
• Work collaboratively with your team to complete projects efficiently

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in irrigation, landscape, plumbing, or a related field is a plus — but not required
• Willingness to learn (we have a structured training program)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• Reliable team player with strong customer communication skills
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening (including marijuana), & DOT physical

** SAFETY-SENSITIVE POSITION: This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment. Candidates must meet all screening requirements as a condition of employment.

We hire great people for our employee-owned company. As a member of our team, you'll become a partner in the highest-quality lawn and tree company in the Midwest.

Why work at Ryan?

In addition to being a non-smoking, EEOC-compliant company with real advancement opportunities, we offer:

• Full-time, year-round employment with starting compensation of $43,000+ depending on experience, plus bonus opportunities
• Excellent benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) with company match
• 100% Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
• Flexible work schedule
• Uniforms provided
• 11 paid holidays plus 1 floating personal holiday
