Entry-Level Business Sales Representative

Ironspire is a growing sales and marketing firm based in Salt Lake City, UT. We partner with a leading telecommunications provider to help small and mid-sized businesses identify solutions that support their connectivity and communication needs.
As we continue expanding into new markets, we're looking for competitive, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Business Sales team. This is an entry-level opportunity with paid training, hands-on mentorship, and a clear path for advancement based on performance.
What You'll Do
Meet with local business owners to discuss telecommunications products and services
Build professional relationships and provide consultative sales support
Learn and apply effective sales and communication techniques
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
