Join Our Team! FASTSIGNS of Leander & Cedar Park is hiring a new member of our sales team! We strive to provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with our customers. We are primarily B2B and believe it is our responsibility to help our customers look great through both beautiful signage and the kind of service that makes sure their deadlines are met. What You'll Do

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will:

• Be the initial point of contact with both current and prospective customers in our FASTSIGNS Center by phone, email, in person, and occasionally at the customer's place of business
• Learn to prepare estimates, write up work orders, and ensure the timely delivery of finished orders
• Guide customers through the entire project, from first estimate to final installation
• Turn prospects into long-term clients by building trust and lasting relationships
• Participate in daily team meetings and help execute our business and marketing plans
• Take an active role in the ongoing success of the FASTSIGNS Center

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Signage or print industry experience preferred
• Sales experience preferred, B2B experience a plus (inside, retail, or counter sales all welcome)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to view a computer screen for long periods (4 hours or more)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs, such as signage
