The extensive package contains: Family Medicine Physician

BASE SALARY $265,000 - $334,000 / year
100% paid Malpractice and tail
Retirement funding with % match
Relo and SignOn $ Bonus
Student Loan Repayment at $125k ($25k per year) - if eligible
Medical-health, Dental- and Vision 100% paid
Over 1 month off per year, paid!
sign on and incentive considered in year 1

Job/Practice Description: Family Medicine Physician

4-8 person team, no call, outpatient primary care
Mon-Fri 8-5p - 4 day work week possible
15-20 patients per day
open to J1 and H1B visa sponsorship candidates

Profile Background: Family Medicine Physician

BC/ BE in Family Medicine
Eligible to obtain an unrestricted Louisiana medical license
J1/H1B Accepted!
