Director of Partner Success

Serving as the primary point of contact for senior living corporate operator partners, the full-time Director of Partner Success will manage relationships, drive partner success, and orchestrate cross-functional collaboration while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own partner relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to senior living executive teams Drive partner success by identifying opportunities for engagement and operational improvement Create and present Quarterly Business Reviews and monitor key success metrics Required qualifications 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, partner/client success, or strategic operations Experience in a high-growth organization with the ability to navigate ambiguity Proven success in building and managing executive-level relationships Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
