Day, Overnight and weekend of 8, 10 to 12 hours shifts available!

2. Current CPR Card
3. Current Physical and proof of TB Testing/Chest X-ray (within the last 6 months)
4. Valid FL Driver’s License
5. Current Vehicle Insurance Card
6. Proof of Immigration status (Passport/birth certificate/green card, work permit, etc)
7. Social Security Card
8. CEUs
9. Level 2 Background check done within the last 5 years.
Certain positions with our agency require Level II background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse. Official screening requirements and information are provided by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) at:
