Seeking an experienced Learning Architect for a full-time remote position, responsible for crafting compelling proposals, collaborating on innovative learning solutions, and ensuring RFP compliance while working closely with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities: Take ownership of proposal writing and development, ensuring tailored and cohesive submissions Collaborate with Solution Architects to design creative and effective learning solutions based on client needs Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and manage proposal details for accuracy and clarity Required qualifications: 5-10+ years of experience in the training/learning field with expertise in blended learning solutions 3-5+ years of experience in a consulting or client-facing environment Proven experience in writing proposals and RFP responses Background in marketing, brand communications, or content strategy is a strong plus Familiarity with AI tools and emerging learning technologies
