Tudor Oaks Senior Living Community is hiring an LPN for PRN or part-time/full-time PM shift (2:30 p.m.–11:00 p.m.).

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being
• Contribute to care planning, assessments, and evaluations
• Implement and monitor nursing interventions based on individualized care plans
• Collaborate with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team

What You'll Need

Required:

• Active LPN license (Wisconsin, or an active out-of-state LPN license you can transfer)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• At least 1 year of LPN experience in healthcare or long-term care
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a demanding clinical setting
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
