We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Manhattan. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a Long Term Care facility in Manhattan. The LPN will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care and support to residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being. Key Responsibilities
- Collect and document patient admission information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist the RN in delivering comprehensive nursing care
- Record vital signs and other health indicators
- Prepare patients for medical examinations and collect test samples
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) as needed
- Support patients with personal hygiene and dressing
- Monitor and document food and fluid intake and output
- Current and valid New York State LPN license
- Up-to-date medical clearance, including COVID-19 vaccination
- BLS/ IV certification (Basic Life Support)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Long Term Care setting preferred
