Lab Operations Assistant | Testing & Customer Support

Maple Leaf Farms

Maple Leaf Farms is seeking a laboratory technician in Grand Rapids, MI to prepare and test samples, operate equipment, and maintain records in a clean, safe environment. You will assist with routine testing and follow established protocols under supervision.

The role also involves contributing to customer experience by developing educational content, communications, and FAQ resources to support product users and retention efforts.
