Program Coordinator Application

Position: Program Coordinator Location: Oklahoma City, OK Status: Full-Time Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Salary: $48,000–$58,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. What You’ll Do As Program Coordinator, you’ll help bring HALO’s mission to life by overseeing the day-to-day operations of our programs and trainings. In this role, you will: Coordinate and oversee HALO Project programs from planning through evaluation. Manage trainings, support groups, and program logistics to ensure every experience runs smoothly. Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers and interns. Build relationships with families, participants, therapists, volunteers, and community partners. Track program outcomes, surveys, and participation data to support growth and continuous improvement. Help promote HALO programs and expand their impact throughout the community. Collaborate with our leadership team to ensure every program reflects HALO’s mission and values. Qualifications Education & Experience Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred. 1–3 years of administrative, nonprofit, or office support experience preferred. Program coordination or program management experience preferred. Experience with problem-solving and working with challenging clientele is preferred.
