Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Leader to oversee the daily operations of one of our Tommy's Express locations in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will have previous car wash experience, management experience, customer service expertise, and a strong sales background. This role is responsible for leading all aspects of the site including operations, team development, customer satisfaction, membership sales growth, equipment upkeep, and financial performance. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced environment where strong operational leadership and accountability are critical. Responsibilities Oversee all daily site operations to ensure efficiency, cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction Lead, coach, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive culture Drive unlimited membership sales and maximize site revenue Control labor, chemical usage, and operational expenses to improve profitability Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns Conduct hiring, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management Maintain high operational and brand standards at all times Work alongside the maintenance team on equipment troubleshooting and repairs Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks directly at the site when needed Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed Analyze operational performance and implement improvements Assist with local marketing efforts and community involvement opportunities Qualifications Previous car wash experience required Previous management or leadership experience required Strong customer service experience Proven sales experience with the ability to grow memberships and revenue Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist with repairs and maintenance Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability, including weekends Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $65,000 - $80,000 annually depending on experience Performance bonus potential 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO) Health insurance options Vision insurance Dental insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Career advancement opportunities with a rapidly growing company Why Join Tommy's Express?
