Requirements:

• 1 year of SLP experience
• LTC or Rehab experience
• Oklahoma State License
• CCC certified SLP

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with communication, cognitive, or swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement appropriate plans of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support clinical interventions.
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly, documenting in clinical records.
• Provide consultation and counseling to patients and families regarding speech disorders.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient progress and treatment plans.

Compliance / Notes:

• Adhere to ASHA and State Required practice acts and codes of conduct during professional practice.
• Participate in all required meetings, trainings, and in-services.
