Key Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. Lead facilitation sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements. Develop, maintain, and manage program documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business requirements. Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to support program management. Develop and recommend business transition and change management strategies to support organizational transformation. Identify potential implementation risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support successful organizational change initiatives. Engage stakeholders throughout planning and implementation activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and organizational priorities. Provide support and expertise in assigned domain. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards. Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. Special projects as needed. Required Skills Strong knowledge of business process analysis, process improvement, and business process reengineering (BPR) methodologies. Proficiency in facilitation techniques, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering. Experience developing process maps, workflow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other program documentation. Knowledge of change management principles and organizational transformation methodologies. Ability to develop, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate organizational challenges and recommend effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to facilitate meetings, workshops, and executive presentations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and business analysis tools such as Visio, Power BI, or equivalent process modeling and reporting applications. Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership, program managers, technical teams, and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience & Qualifications Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in business process reengineering, change management, facilitation, strategic analysis, or related business consulting disciplines. Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required. Experience analyzing and improving business processes to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements validation sessions. Experience developing and maintaining business documentation, including process maps, SOPs, business requirements documents, and implementation plans. Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to support program performance and decision-making. Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and business transition activities. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives. Familiarity with project management methodologies and continuous process improvement frameworks is preferred. Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments. Experience supporting federal programs preferred. Education Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree (MA/MS) from an accredited college or university with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience; or A relevant professional certification (e.g., Certified Business Analysis Professional) with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience may be substituted for a formal degree. Work Location and Schedule Washington, DC (Hybrid/Remote) Monday – Friday 8AM – 5:30PM EST Work schedules and arrangements (remote/hybrid) may be adjusted based on client and program needs Employment Type Full-Time, Salaried (Exempt) Customer / Contract Federal Agency Compensation The likely salary range for this position is $120k-$160k. Salary range reflects our commitment to pay equity and transparency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, certifications, labor qualifications, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
