The Field Supervisor will manage medium-sized teams within the plumbing new construction industry, overseeing multiple long-term projects concurrently. This role requires daily travel to job sites to ensure quality control, safety compliance, and effective communication. The Field Supervisor is responsible for leading daily job walks, supervising repair and service work, and maintaining strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to support project success.

 

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control across all plumbing construction activities
• Maintain strict safety compliance on-site
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Resolve problems and conflicts promptly
• Conduct thorough site inspections
• Lead daily job walks and supervise repair and service work
• Manage a team of 6-15 personnel in various concurrent projects
• Travel daily to multiple job sites to oversee project progress

 

Required Qualifications

• Valid Plumbers License
• Proven team leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
• Effective time management
• Ability to read and interpret plans
• Experience in daily job walks and supervisory roles
• Experience in repair and service work

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of field supervision experience
