Operation Center Customer Service Rep - Dept of Primary & Specialty Care Serving as a liaison for our organization between patients and clinics. Responsible for managing large amount of both inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Assisting with clinical care support tasks to support clinics with items including, but not limited to: medication prior authorizations, refills, in clinic procedure precertifications, patient paperwork, assisting patients with questions or requests within scope of practice or routing calls to appropriate areas. Requirements Include High school diploma or equivalent Previous clinical environment experience preferred, but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr KNOX COMMUNITY HOSPITAL
