Ensuring that the parking lot and grounds are maintained in an attractive, safe and secure manner, and in accordance with established quality and safety standards.Accomplishing repairs, using a working knowledge base and experience with basic mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, and plumbing maintenance and repair issues, as well as a high proficiency in the responsible and safe use of tools and equipment.Following all Federal, State, Local and Hotel safety and sanitation regulations, policies, procedures and guidelines.
