Position Summary

The Director – Client Success & Global Delivery is a senior consulting leader responsible for the overall success of assigned strategic client accounts and portfolios as the business grows. This role provides executive oversight across client relationships, delivery governance, commercial performance, and global delivery execution, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable business outcomes while strengthening long-term client partnerships and driving sustainable growth for Solutionara.

Reporting directly to the Founder, the Director serves as the executive sponsor and primary business leader for assigned accounts, partnering with clients and internal leadership to build trusted relationships, lead enterprise transformation initiatives, and scale Solutionara's integrated global delivery model.

This role extends beyond traditional delivery leadership by combining executive client engagement, commercial accountability, portfolio governance, and global delivery leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

Delivery Capability Development

Key Responsibilities

The Director will:

• Own executive relationships across assigned strategic accounts.
• Provide executive oversight for enterprise consulting engagements from mobilization through successful business outcome realization.
• Lead Executive Steering Committees, Quarterly Business Reviews, and executive governance forums.
• Govern portfolio financial performance, delivery health, resource utilization, and client satisfaction.
• Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Practice Leaders to expand strategic client relationships.
• Establish consistent delivery governance, executive reporting, financial controls, and operational standards.
• Drive AI adoption across consulting delivery and internal operations.
• Act as the executive escalation point for critical client and delivery issues.
• Mentor consulting leaders while helping scale Solutionara's global delivery organization.

Required Qualifications

• 12 - 15+ years of leadership experience within enterprise consulting, systems integration, or technology services.
• Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise transformation programs valued at multiple millions of dollars.
• Experience managing executive client relationships with CIOs, CTOs, COOs, and senior business executives.
• Proven leadership of global delivery organizations utilizing onshore and offshore delivery models.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing portfolio financial performance, delivery governance, and client success.
• Broad understanding of enterprise technology including Cloud, AI, Enterprise Architecture, Integration, Data Platforms, ERP Modernization, and Digital Transformation.
• Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation Philosophy

Solutionara believes in rewarding leaders who create long-term value. Our compensation structure is designed to provide a competitive base salary, meaningful performance incentives, and the opportunity to participate in the company's long-term growth through a vested phantom equity (or equity, where applicable) program.

• Base Salary : $160,000–$180,000, commensurate with experience
• Annual Performance Bonus : Up to 20% based on achievement of business, delivery, client success, and commercial objectives
• Long-Term Incentive : Eligibility through participation in Solutionara's long-term vested phantom equity program, designed to reward leaders who contribute to the company's sustained growth and enterprise value creation.
