Duties

• Perform window cleaning on commercial and residential buildings using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results
• Utilize equipment such as scissor lifts, ladders, and scaffolding to access high or hard-to-reach areas safely
• Conduct exterior cleaning tasks including pressure washing, gutter clearing, and facade maintenance to enhance building appearance
• Follow safety protocols diligently when operating machinery or working at heights to prevent accidents
• Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris and ensuring equipment is stored properly after each job
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients to coordinate schedules and clarify job requirements
• Complete detailed reports on completed work, safety checks, and any issues encountered during service

Experience

• Prior experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly desirable but not required
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
• Physically capable of manual labor
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of quality in all tasks performed.
