General Manager

True REST Float Spa Stone Oak in San Antonio, TX is looking for a general manager to lead our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and hard-working. This individual has excellent management skills, and is expected to learn the financial analysis and reporting tools. The Manager utilizes analytic tools to ensure the location is fiscally healthy and takes responsibility for the financial growth of the location. Responsibilities Oversee daily business operations Manage staff, scheduling, and delegate responsibility as needed Maintain excellent guest service standards and exceed expectations whenever possible Manage financials and growth strategies Oversee Local Spa Marketing Float Pod and Facility Maintenance Membership Management and Reporting They are in charge of proper implementation of all company policies and procedures, while meeting the highest of brand standards. They oversee all personnel in the location, all external vendors, and are responsible for the ongoing education, training, and development of personnel. Qualifications Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with guests and co-workers Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and brand culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, client-focused workplace Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize The Manager is the point of contact when the individual site needs support or assistance regarding any comments, suggestions, or issues pertaining to the spa. The manager should possess the highest level of knowledge on location sales/marketing, facility maintenance, and Pod maintenance/chemical analysis, and should demonstrate that knowledge through leadership and support of their team.
