Role Description This part-time, on-site Service Representative role is based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The role involves providing exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their product needs, responding to inquiries, and resolving concerns promptly and professionally. Responsibilities include managing orders, ensuring accurate inventory reporting, coordinating logistics, and facilitating efficient delivery for customers. The Service Representative plays a critical role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong customer service abilities, including listening, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. Ability to manage inventory and logistics effectively, ensuring timely order fulfillment and accurate product handling. Basic technical aptitude to operate inventory management systems and related tools. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications in customer service or logistics are a plus.
