Full Time Manufacturing Engineer Brownsburg, IN, US Drive production excellence by developing and improving manufacturing processes, specifying equipment, and using data to optimize OEE. Create workflows/SOPs, design tools and jigs in CAD, and partner with production/maintenance on root-cause analysis and scalable, best-practice operations. The Manufacturing Technician works on various operations activities to meet productivity goals. Fiber Global has four (4) levels of Manufacturing Technician positions which are based on the knowledge, skills, and abilities of the employee in alignment with what is required for the areas and functions of responsibility. As a Market Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of new products, identifying new sales channels, impacting go-to-market strategy, reviewing international expansion, prospecting customers, and sales funnel forecasting. The HR Generalist is responsible for daily onsite supporting of HR-related topics at the applicable sites of responsibility including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, talent development, payroll, benefits administration, policy administration, HR compliance, and employee experience. Technical Recruiter at Fiber Global leads full-cycle hiring, partnering with managers to define roles, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, support offers and onboarding, ensure timely, compliant, positive candidate experience, and understand manufacturing/engineering needs while occasionally recruiting non-technical roles. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in generating new business, nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to our sales targets. You will have the opportunity to disrupt industry norms, from experienced sales professionals and develop your skills in sales strategies, customer communication, and market analysis. The Mechanical Engineer will utilize expertise in equipment design, modification, and computational fluid dynamics. This role focuses on designing and optimizing hydraulic, pneumatic, filtration, and conveyance operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in controls and be skilled in improving system performance, efficiency, and reliability in industrial and manufacturing environments through data driven decisions. The Controls Engineer will work on sustaining and enhancing the manufacturing lines with expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial data analytics. Specifically, this position will use Siemens PLCs and SQL databases to optimize and automate industrial processes.
