Position Overview Licensed Practical Nurse (Part‑time) – Youth Crisis Therapeutic Home (YCTH), Culpeper, VA. Schedule PT: Every other Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $30.00 – $37.00. $5,000 sign‑on bonus + retention bonus paid at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year for new hires. 403(b) retirement plan. Employee Assistance Program. Paid training – CPR/first aid, Mindset, Medication Administration, Infectious Disease, and Seizure Management. On‑the‑job skill enhancement and growth opportunities. Responsibilities Provide compassionate medical and nursing support to youth with intellectual/developmental disabilities and co‑occurring behavioral health needs. Administer medications safely and accurately in accordance with clinical protocols. Conduct nursing assessments. Educate and empower individuals regarding their mental and physical health. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, person‑centered care. Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all nursing services and observations. Uphold compliance with all regulatory and clinical care standards to ensure the highest quality of service. Qualifications Current valid, unrestricted Licensure as a Practical Nurse in Virginia. Knowledge of mental health and I/DD systems of care preferred. Strong communication and documentation skills. Experience with crisis prevention and intervention services preferred.
