Our client, located in Aiken, SC, is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Responsibilities Lead the month-end close process, including financial reporting, analysis, quarterly forecasts, annual profit reviews, and ongoing business performance reviews. Maintain and continuously improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including fixed assets, physical inventory, and cycle count processes. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Develop and monitor key financial and operational performance metrics. Recommend benchmarks and performance indicators to evaluate business operations. Prepare ad hoc financial reports and support internal and external audits, compliance activities, and internal controls. Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, analyze budget variances, and communicate key financial insights to leadership. Provide financial analysis and decision support for capital investments, pricing strategies, and new product initiatives. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and support strategic business objectives. What You\'ll Bring Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business — Master\'s degree a plus 5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial modeling Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and other Microsoft Office applications Experience working with ERP systems in a manufacturing organization Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to identify trends, uncover root causes, and provide actionable business recommendations Excellent communication and collaboration skills The base pay range listed reflects what we reasonably expect to offer for this role.
