Finance Paralegal

Are you a seasoned paralegal who knows U.C.C. filings, financial transactions, and closing processes like the back of your hand? We’re looking for a Finance Paralegal to join a sophisticated legal team and play a key role in large-scale commercial finance transactions. Responsibilities: Support attorneys on commercial loans, securitizations, and other corporate finance transactions Prepare and coordinate U.C.C. financing statements and fixture filings Research Article 9 and U.C.C. issues Review lien search reports and prepare detailed lien summaries Obtain formation/incorporation documents and draft ancillary closing documents Review, organize, and summarize due diligence materials Help coordinate closings and post-closing activities Review closing documents for completeness and compliance Prepare and distribute closing books Jump in on additional projects as needed by attorneys and the paralegal manager What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience at a law firm Strong background in banking and/or financial transactions Demonstrated U.C.C. experience and proficiency Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program Experience with DocuSign Familiarity with legal case/document management technology #J-18808-Ljbffr MindSpring Partners LLC
