We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an Asbestos Abatement Supervisor at A & I, Inc. This position offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of asbestos abatement while working with a supportive and experienced team. We will train you.

We have over 39 years of experience removing asbestos containing materials from homes and buildings. We are looking for energetic individuals to fill out our team. The most important part of our business is Safety.


Responsibilities:

• Assist in supervising and coordinating asbestos abatement projects
• Learn and implement proper safety procedures and protocols
• Perform on-site inspections and assessments
• Oversee and train abatement crew members
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain relevant certifications and licenses
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Willingness to work in various environments and conditions

What We're Looking For:

• Certifications: Must have a valid Asbestos Abatement certification, or be open to Training
• Experience: Previous experience in asbestos abatement, demolition, or a related field is preferred
• Skills: Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulations regarding asbestos removal
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and wear protective gear
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous in following safety procedures and protocols

Compensation: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
