Your dedication to client care and effective communication will be key in managing the day-to-day responsibilities of the clinic while advocating for patient health.**This position offers...** • **Employee Assistance Program** – 24/7 counseling services, legal assistance, & financial consultation for you and your household at no cost • **Mileage Reimbursement** – Company paid for work functions requiring travel • **Employee Discounts** – Hotels, Theme Parks & Attractions, College Tuition • **Workplace Culture** – An environment cultivating employee wellbeing, valuing each individual's humanity, and actively promoting a healthy, joyful workforce • **Additional Perks & Benefits** – Scroll down to bottom of this post to learn more**Key Responsibilities:** • Perform appropriate nursing assessments and evaluate client health conditions based on service requirements. • Complete initial medical histories and vital signs, coordinating action plans based on results. • Monitor health status and coordinate care with treatment teams as per client needs. • Create action plans addressing both physical and mental health treatment needs. • Administer and monitor medications according to state and service line standards while educating clients about their benefits. • Collaborate with physicians and consult with advanced practice providers for comprehensive client management. • Oversee infectious disease control and ensure client hygiene practices are maintained. • Arrange medical appointments and handle emergencies, ensuring client safety at all times. • Provide health education and disease prevention strategies to clients. • Complete timely documentation as required by company policies and procedures.**Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:** • Current Registered Nurse licensed in the state of practice. • Must be willing to become licensed in additional states and provide telehealth services. • BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC.**Additional Qualifications:** • Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, and fingerprint check. • Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.**Physical Requirements** • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects.
