Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Michigan Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with geriatric rehabilitation, restorative programs, and common SNF documentation systems preferred. Ability to provide therapeutic interventions for post-operative, neurologic, and chronic condition management. Must be able to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and maintain accurate patient records.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Typical Work Schedule: 5x8 coverage per week. Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities within the region as needed. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
