Staying informed about relevant legal requirements and industry standards. QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: MUST be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Clear a background check. Notary Public Certification: Obtained through state-specific education and exams, demonstrating knowledge of notarial laws and regulations. Effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, proficiency in mobile technology, integrity, and ongoing education. JOB REQUIREMENTS: High-speed Internet connection. Dependable computer with camera and microphone. Home office setup. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed. PAYMENT: $125.00-$200.00 per loan signing appointment.
