Pharmacist - Retail Pharmacy

Location: Redondo Beach, CA

Compensation: $120+ per hour

We are seeking experienced, licensed pharmacists for a short-term emergency coverage assignment. This role requires confident, high-volume pharmacy experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

This is a premium-pay contract opportunity for professionals comfortable with urgent operational coverage needs.

Description:

• Dispense prescription medications, offering detailed counsel on proper use, dosage, and potential side effects.
• Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including efficient inventory management and maintaining a clean, organized space.
• Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations and company policies.
• Foster strong relationships with patients and staff.
• Supervise pharmacy staff, ensuring a high standard of service and adherence to best practices.

Position Requirements:

• CA State Pharmacist License in good standing
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.
• Knowledge and experience of pharmacy practice
• Interpersonal and communication skills
