Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process. Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings in the Pasadena area. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other industry professionals. Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to facilitate smooth transactions. Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, financing options, and market conditions specific to Pasadena and surrounding areas.
