Assembly Technician Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 22.00 / hour Full Time work available Various shifts available (Monday through Thursday from 06:00am to 04:30pm) Receive, unpack, and prepare FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) panels and components for assembly. Use hand and power tools to build high-quality finished products. Stage materials and organize parts for efficient production. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines. Work as part of a team to deliver products on time. Assembly Technician Qualifications: Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred Forklift experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Ability to read sales orders and identify parts accurately Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work Lift up to 50 lbs regularly Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb throughout the shift Safely operate hand and power tools Work in varying temperatures within a manufacturing environment Comfortable working in fast-paced production settings. Previous experience operating flatbed gooseneck trailers preferred is a plus.
