Program Manager – Dynamics 365 F&O (D365 F&SC)Location: Hybrid – Chicago, IL (3 days onsite per week)Compensation: Open for the right candidate (Rate/Salary Negotiable)About the RoleWe are urgently seeking a highly seasoned Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Program Manager to lead a major transformational program. This role is positioned one level above a Project Manager and requires deep experience driving complex enterprise-level initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong history of assertive stakeholder management, leadership across cross-functional teams, and the ability to guide a long-term strategic D365 program from inception through completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall delivery of a multi-year D365 F&O (F&SC) transformation programManage senior-level stakeholders and ensure alignment across business and technical teamsOversee program governance, timelines, budgets, and cross-workstream dependenciesDrive successful delivery of all phases of the program, ensuring project milestones are metProvide leadership, direction, and structure to project managers and functional/technical teamsMitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure program health across all workstreamsRequired Qualifications15+ years of experience in program/project managementProven delivery experience with at least 4 full lifecycle D365 F&O implementationsStrong, assertive stakeholder management skills at executive levelsExperience with large, enterprise-wide transformation programsAbility to work onsite in Chicago 3 days per week (all expenses paid)Why This Role?Lead a high-visibility, large-scale transformation programLong-term 3-year engagementCompetitive, open compensation for the right expertiseTravel and onsite expenses fully covered
