This position is for an Interior Plantscaper. We are looking for someone based in North county, and is comfortable with driving their own vehicle to accounts in Oceanside, Escondido, Rancho Bernardo areas, and some light landscape work in downtown San Diego. We are a small family business looking for a reliable, self starter that can work well with little supervision. The job is physical in nature, must be able to lift 40 lbs. A lot of standing, walking, bending, kneeling is required to perform the essential tasks of this job. You will be taking care of interior plants in offices, hotels and homes on a set schedule 4-5 days a week. We provide tools and training for the specific accounts you will be responsible for. We will train and test you on roughly 40 different plant types and their watering and care needs. Must have your own reliable transportation and Insurance. We pay mileage, beginning from your home to your last account. The work hours start from first account to last account. We offer sick pay, new account and holiday bonuses. This is a part time position, up to 30 hours.
