Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Experienced

Compensation: $21–$26 per hour, based on experience

Hope Beyond Limits ABA is seeking experienced, compassionate RBTs to provide individualized ABA services to adolescents ages 11–17 on the autism spectrum. The ideal candidate has strong behavior management skills, experience implementing treatment plans, accurate data collection practices, and a passion for helping teens develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification and at least 2 years of ABA experience preferred.
• Experience implementing behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Experience working in multiple settings (e.g., clinic, home, school, or community) is a plus!
  

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with BCBAs, families, and fellow team members.
• Patience, professionalism, and a commitment to client dignity and individualized care.
