Job Description

Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

What we’re looking for:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Current Florida SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
SLP-CF candidates are encouraged to apply (supervision will be provided)
SLP-CCC welcomed for advanced cases and mentorship
Ability to adapt and thrive in onsite, hybrid, or travel assignments
A true passion for helping students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally

What you’ll do:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of individualized education plans
Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
Provide direct and consultative services across diverse student populations
Engage in professional development and collaborative problem solving
