What You'll Be Doing As a Barista/Food Prep team member, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include: Crafting and serving hot and cold beverages and/or food to meet customer needs. Setting up workstations and preparing ingredients for your shift. Accurately operating the POS system and handling cash transactions. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment. Interacting with customers professionally and regularly to provide excellent service. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a willingness to contribute to our team. Here’s what we’re seeking: Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a barista or cook is preferred. However, candidates with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn will also be considered! Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to listen and adapt to customer needs. Integrity: A great attendance record and reliability are essential.
