Join Our Team as a Production Associate! We are seeking a reliable, adaptable Production Associate to join our dynamic manufacturing crew. In this versatile role, you’ll handle a variety of hands-on tasks across the shop floor, playing a vital part in keeping our production process moving. No prior experience? No problem! Requirements Key Responsibilities Quality Inspection: Visually inspect parts for surface defects or damage before and after processing. Masking & Preparation: Precision-mask parts according to work travelers, blueprints, or verbal instructions. Racking/Unracking: Securely rack and unrack components following specific process documentation. Part Cleaning: Use provided air hoses to blow off and clear parts during production steps. Qualifications & Skills Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and remain active on the shop floor throughout a full shift. Teamwork & Independence: Strong ability to collaborate effectively with a team as well as work reliably on independent tasks. Coachability: Eager to learn new skills, follow exact instructions, and take direction from supervisors. Pace & Agility: Comfortable working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Communication: Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English to ensure safety and paperwork accuracy.
