Tax Manager or Director - Gift, Estate, Trusts

CLA, a leading national professional services firm, seeks a Tax Director or Manager to join its St.Louis Tax practice. Responsibilities Consult with clients on business processes such as succession and tax planning. Lead, schedule, supervise, and review tax engagements. Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers. Perform a range of tax procedures in accordance with size and complexity, including wealth transfer and estate planning. Review complex individual and corporate tax returns. Foster opportunities for clients, communities, and people; attend industry‑leading events and trainings. Qualifications Minimum six years of experience in a tax role at a public accounting firm. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA required; JD or EA may be accepted in place of CPA certification. Strong problem‑solving skills and confidence in delivering solutions. Commitment to supporting and fostering a career path.
