ServiceNow Developer

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a growing IT team at a local bank in Hawaii. This role will lead the design, development, and enhancement of IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions to support enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise in ServiceNow, a deep understanding of ITIL processes, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative, tight-knit team environment while contributing to the evolution of critical IT platforms. If you are interested, please apply and one of our recruiters will reach out to you!Responsibilities:Lead the design, development, and customization of ServiceNow ITSM solutionsTranslate business requirements into technical solutions and workflowsConfigure and enhance core ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service CatalogTroubleshoot and resolve platform issues and performance challengesIntegrate ServiceNow with other enterprise applications and systemsDevelop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and performance analytics (indicators, scorecards, widgets, etc.)Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and stand-upsCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive continuous service improvementContribute to platform roadmap planning and optimization strategiesStay up to date with ServiceNow releases, new features, and industry best practicesQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience developing on ITSM platformsExperience delivering IT application solutions in a technology environmentHands-on experience customizing ServiceNow or similar platformsExperience working with core ServiceNow applications (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog)Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint planningFamiliarity with Performance Analytics (dashboards, KPIs, indicators, etc.)Solid understanding of ITIL concepts and best practicesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsServiceNow Certified System Administrator is a plusCertified ServiceNow Application Developer is a plusJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
