Currently in its third generation of family ownership and management, the company spans six states West Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine with 19 branch locations./ppDescription: Qualified candidate will apply solid knowledge of general accounting principles, month-end closing and business analysis skills to record transactions and provide analysis for senior management. Works closely with President and CEO./ppMajor Responsibilities:/pulliAssist with month-end closing: Balance sheet reconciliations and PL analysis./liliMaintenance of fixed assets: set up, depreciation, disposals./liliProcessing of equipment sales rental transactions./liliAdministration of sales use tax, real and personal property taxes./li/ulpRequired Qualifications:/pulliMust have a 4 year degree in Accounting./lili2-3 years of corporate or Accounting Graduate with Internship Experience./liliProficiency with advanced accounting software, and Excel./liliADP Payroll Experience and CPA and audit experience a plus./liliMust be a team player with effective written/verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, work well with others and independently./liliPosition requires travel for annual inventories to 3-5 branch locations./li/ulpCompensation and Benefits:/pulliSalary depends on work experience and Accounting knowledge/certification: $60,000-80,000./liliBenefits include Medical and Prescription Drugs, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, Heath Savings Account, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Time Off (PTO)./liliRetirement Savings is a 401K Plan with Match and Profit Sharing contributed by the Company./liliThe Company supports professional development through career advancement opportunities, transfers to other branch locations, tuition reimbursement, and company-sponsored training programs./li/ul/div
