Patient Financial Counselor & Insurance Navigator
UnityPoint Health - Proctor
UnityPoint Health in Cedar Rapids, IA, seeks a Patient Financial Counselor to help patients understand financial responsibilities, assess insurance, and enroll in Medicaid, Marketplace, and other programs. This in-person role requires residency near a UPH facility to support onsite duties.
You will work with patients, providers, and internal teams to resolve complex financial situations, provide payment options, and guide patients to resources that ensure access to care.
