Full Time Putnam, CT, US Salary Range: $150,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually Vachon GMC of Brooklyn CT We are preparing to open a brand new, state-of-the-art GMC dealership, and we are looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to help build, lead, and grow a dynamic Sales Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven leader who is ready to make a lasting impact, establish a winning culture, and help position Vachon GMC as the premier GMC Dealership in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record of delivering results in market share, sales performance, and profitability Demonstrated success in customer satisfaction and building a customer-first culture A strong commitment to training, coaching, and developing sales professionals The leadership to recruit, motivate, and retain a high performing team The drive, professionalism, and vision to launch and grow a brand new dealership Compensation: $150,000 -$200,000 yearly If you are an experienced automotive sales leader who wants to be a part of something special, then we want to hear from you.
